Since 1982 I have been 'helping people to learn'.
My first six years were in The Public Sector, then I got an intense four years of commercial realities as a Residential Management Tutor in the transport industry.
Since July 1992 I have been an independent learning practitioner, working with individuals and groups across all sectors and time zones.
Being for many years the youngest in the room ( I am now more often the oldest!), I knew I had to learn fast.
I read all I could, networked busily to learn from others, and got the most from my professional studies.
My appetite and enthusiasm for managing my professional development has not diminished over the past 45 years.
Learning from work is my passion, and I want to share ideas, content and resources with those who also believe that most learning comes from work.
Do explore what's here, I will be adding new material regularly, and contact me if I can help further.
